2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Log files are deleted automatically after a short time.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set any cookies itself and uses no analytics, tracking or marketing tools. Fonts are served locally; no third-party content is loaded.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, name, content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling enquiries). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for its purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Booking appointments via Calendly

To book an introductory call we link to the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Buford, GA 30518, USA). No data is transmitted to Calendly merely by visiting our website. Only when you click the link do you reach Calendly's site, where Calendly processes the data you enter when booking (e.g. name, email address, chosen time, message) and technical data in order to arrange the appointment.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in Calendly's privacy policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise your rights, an email to waihon@cbhconnects.com is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
